Crosley and the Launch of the iJuke
Crosley takes their jukebox expertise to the next level

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – July 17, 2006 – Crosley Radio, a leading manufacturer of vintage consumer electronics, expands their jukebox line with the launch of the unique iJuke – the first Crosley jukebox of its kind to enhance the iPod experience. With the iJuke launch, Crosley is providing the market with the most compelling iPod companion to date. Apple™ continues to lead the industry in innovation and is fore fronting the digital music scene with its iPod portable music players.

“At Crosley, we share the same passion for creating experiences, not just products, for our consumers. Over the years, Crosley has researched and revised its jukebox line to give each new generation a better look, sleeker design, new features and functionality. With the iJuke, we put in over 18 months of development to provide the market with the jukebox and iPod experience that no one has yet to create.
We are thrilled to marry classic mini jukebox style with Apple’s iPod,” explains Bo LeMastus, President of Crosley Radio.

The iJuke is Crosley’s breakthrough jukebox specifically designed to compliment the iPod through sound and design. Standing 18 inches tall, it is styled after a 1950’s jukebox, complete with authentic neon lighting and percolating bubble tubes. The iJuke’s classic style shuns the idea of being cold, awkward, or bulky giving it another push over traditional iPod docking stations in the marketplace. The iJuke easily docks the iPod, for hours of listening pleasure. The integrated Universal Dock accepts most iPod sizes such as the Nano, Video, or regular iPod.

The iJuke allows consumers to create a spectacular entertainment experience in the comfort of their own home. Crosley jukeboxes are known for their big jukebox sound, and the iJuke’s is created through an enhanced digital sound system with dynamic full range stereo speakers. The sound driver of the iJuke was designed to envelope the listener with crisp clarity no matter where the iJuke is placed in a room. Not only does the iJuke convert the iPod into an outstanding home stereo system, but can also be used as a charging station for on-the-go iPod use. Additionally, a full-function remote control built with I.R. technology allows users to control the iJuke from anywhere in the room. This wireless remote allows basic iPod functions including play, pause, skip tracks, fast forward/rewind, volume to be controlled by the user and features full menu control of the iPod as well. This sleek remote can be discreetly hidden in the storage compartment behind the iJuke.

Crosley Radio has partnered with Linens-N-Things, one of the leading national retailers of home textiles, housewares and accessories. Linens-N-Things will exclusively sell the iJuke in their retail stores nationwide and on http://www.lnt.com/. Operating more than 500 retail locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and www.lnt.com, they have been ranked No. 115 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, with just over $70 million in sales.
