Crosley Radio and Brookstone Prepare For Holiday 2007

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – September 2007 – Crosley Radio, a leading manufacturer of retro-inspired electronics, and their customer partner Brookstone, a nationwide specialty retailer/cataloger are preparing for the upcoming Fall and Holiday season. Brookstone is known for offering an assortment of products that are functional in purpose and distinctive in quality and design. This year, Brookstone will feature nine Crosley products in their catalog one of which is the robust Digital Jukebox.

Storing up to 1500 hours of music and video content, the Digital Jukebox is considered the ultimate entertainment companion for any game room. Designed with a digital lifestyle in mind, the jukebox can rip CD music content to the hard drive, burn CDs, connect to the internet to access music and video downloads and internet radio, all utilizing the iTunes™ interface. This modern technology masterpiece is encased in an authentic jukebox cabinet complete with a touch screen interface, percolating bubble tubes and neon lighting.

If customers are looking for a more petite version, Brookstone catalog features the iJuke Deluxe. Standing 18” tall, the iJuke has plenty to offer such as a universal iPod dock, dynamic full range stereo speakers and full function remote control.

When it comes to turntables, Brookstone features a variety to choose from including wood, vinyl-wrapped and plastic models. The newest Crosley turntable on the market this fall is the Keepsake USB Turntable. The Keepsake is a revolutionary vinyl-to-MP3 product that offers quick conversion with an easy USB connection. The Keepsake takes only 10 to 15 minutes to set up and is great for the novice or the audiophile. The Audacity software package rips vinyl content directly to MP3 or WAV format and stores it on your computers’ hard drive. After ripping content, the user can split tracks and if needed, remove muted cracks and pops. Brookstone will also offer the all-in-one CD recorder model, the Crosley Songwriter CD Recorder. The Songwriter does not require a computer, special cables or software. To use you simply insert a blank CD into the CD player, place your favorite album onto the platter, and press the record button.

Oldies but goodies such as the Crosley Arlington Stack-O-Matic™ Entertainment Center, Crosley’s Varsity Stack-O-Matic™, the Governor Entertainment Center and the Crosley Autorama CD turntable will still be available. Crosley’s Williamsburg Entertainment Center Stand will be offered as an accessory to the Songwriter or Arlington turntable models.

All of these items will be available in the Brookstone catalog and at www.brookstone.com this fall and Holiday season.
